About Us

Hi, we are Mike & Robin Tanner. After having a weekend getaway house for many years, a time came about 7 years ago  to leave our hetic city lives and professional careers and make our home in the beautiful Catskill mountains of New York. We never regretted this decision.

Robin persued her interests in becoming a potter and started Loving Earth Studio. I wanted to do something totally different, and I now work for a non-profit organization for the disabled here in the catskills.

We acquired the property adjacent to us, and after over a year of sweat and labor and way over budget, we totally renovated the cabin or as we now call it, “The Guest House”. 

From the positive comments we received from friends and relatives who stayed as our guests, we decided to offer it for rent to those wanting to visit the Catskills when not in use. Robin and I will do our best to make our "Guest House"  your home away from home of when vacationing in the Catskills !
