Pakatakan Mountain Guest Rates and Policies

Maximum occupany- 5 persons

Normal Rates 

Mid-week rate ( Monday-Thursday Night)
$120 per night
(min. 2 night stay) 

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
$165 per night
(min. 2 night stay)

Holiday Weekend 
$185 per night
(3 night min. stay)

Week (7 nights)              
$775 

Rental Rates are not negotiable.

Cash, check or paypal. 
Email us at harbald@hotmail.com  to request a paypal invoice.

Normal Check in is 4:00 pm and departure is 12:00 pm. 
When possible we will be flexible on check in and check out times.

Additional fees and security deposit:

*Local sales tax of 8% for stays of less than one week

*$60 cash cleaning fee to be left at the end of the rental, $75 for weekly rentals

*A security deposit of  $150 is required for rentals of one week or less.  Longer stays may require a larger security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
• Greater than 30 days will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee
• Two weeks to 30 days prior to the rental will have half the deposit refunded
• Less than 2 weeks prior to the rental, deposit not refunded
 
NO SMOKING allowed in house under any circumstances.

Sorry- no motorized recreational vehicles
allowed by guests. Our property borders
NYS forest preserve area which allows hiking.
