Nestled on the side of Pakatakan Mountain in the Catskill Mountains of New York State, our newly renovated guest cabin is centrally located in the popular Margaretville area noted for its beauty and  abundance of  accessible New York State and New York City Watershed land for recreational use.

We are located only a few miles from  the beautiful Pepacton Reservoir  and NYS Watershed lands. This is a beautiful part of the Catskill Mountain region. 

The guest house  is  situated on nine woodland acres bordering New York State Forest Preserve with its own private driveway. You can have a great hiking and nature experience right from the guest house property!  The guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom.  One features a queen bed and the other a full sized bed.  Additionally there is a pull out sofa in the living room with a full sized bed.  There one can enjoy watching the fire in the wood burning fireplace insert as one drifts off to sleep.  

A large eat in kitchen contains all the necessities for your cooking and dining pleasure. The guest house also has a large heated entry room which overlooks the deck and is a great place to sit and unwind at anytime of the day. The grounds feature an old logging road which connects you to miles of state trails across acres and acres of pristine forest. Winter and early spring feature mountain views, summer, a richness of green as the forest is in its glory and autumn, an array of colors and apples on the property's 5 apple trees.

We do our utmost to keep the cabin sparkling clean and fresh for each renter, putting much effort in the little things like sanitzing all door knobs, tv remote, phone, bathroom and kitchen areas, besides a very detailed general cleaning. We want you to have a pleasant, carefree stay with us. This is why we have a lot of repeat customers.


 We are located in the Margaretville, Arkville, Roxbury, Belleayre area of Delaware County New York. Visit the many antique shops and the Catskill Artisian's Guild Retail Shop in Margaretville or  attend an old time  local auction every Saturday night to bid on that special  find ! Only 10 miles from a 30 mile stretch of rail to trail woodland bike path.
